Strategic Growth Program Manager Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

This internship is based in London and requires a commitment of at least 3 months.

Responsibilities:

The UK MAI (Merchant Acquisition and Incubation) team operates within the SMB pillar of TikTok E-commerce, focusing on the acquisition and onboarding journey for new sellers. Responsibilities include:

• Designing and executing growth strategies for sellers.
• Delivering performance targets and analyzing data.
• Identifying high-potential sellers and developing scalable solutions.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, strong data literacy, and understanding of the UK e-commerce ecosystem. Preferred qualifications include experience managing multiple sellers and strong collaboration skills.
