Site Reliability Engineering Manager, TikTok Shop

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the Southeast Asia SRE team, including recruitment and training.
• Improve cross-team cooperation and provide SRE solutions based on business needs.
• Guide project management and enhance overall SRE efficiency.
• Develop automation and monitoring processes for TikTok's e-Commerce platform.
• Manage on-call processes and establish best practices for issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with SRE processes and large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Go, or Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive team spirit.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
