Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and improve TikTok Search Ads experience. Manage a team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and define technical roadmaps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and software design
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Experience with Advertisement Technology is a plus
