Senior Product Manager (Integrity and Authenticity) - TikTok Safety Product (San Jose)

This role is based in San Jose, California.

Compensation:

$149040 - $311600 annually

Responsibilities:

Define and drive metrics reflecting end user goals; own ideation, prioritization, and execution of features related to TikTok Integrity & Authenticity; lead cross-functional project teams; identify critical problems in content safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Strong analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
• Preferred: Knowledge of AI/ML and Trust & Safety
