Compensation:

$244800 - $450000 annually

Responsibilities:

- Develop recommendation systems that improve user experience and platform content ecosystem.
- Build machine learning systems and pipelines to address critical product challenges.
- Own a full stack machine learning system(s), lead its development, support, and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design product strategies and build solutions to grow TikTok in the US market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with 4+ years of experience.
  • Proficient in C/C++, Python; experience with large-scale production systems.
  • Solid knowledge of machine learning systems and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Experience in applied machine learning and recommendation systems.
  • Good communication skills.
