Seller Strategy Business Analyst Project Intern (TikTok Shop - US Operation) - 2025 Start (BS/MS)

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$23.75/hour

Responsibilities:

• Support development of seller lifecycle and growth strategies through data analysis.
• Analyze merchant metrics to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seller-facing programs.
• Participate in designing and optimizing merchant incentive policies.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's degree.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
