Quality Assurance Engineering Manager - TikTok Shop

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

- Construct the TikTok Shop quality assurance system and manage the Singapore QA team.

- Oversee quality management throughout the project lifecycle, develop test plans, and manage defects.

- Actively participate in test execution and provide guidance to new team members.

- Identify quality risks and implement solutions to enhance system quality.

- Recruit team members and document best practices.

- Establish relationships with stakeholders for smooth cooperation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years managing QA projects and 5+ years in testing and development.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Java/Python/Go.
• Experience in quality assurance methodologies and CI/CD.
