Program Manager, Risk and Response-Inquiry

Compensation:

$111600 - $235600 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end handling of regulatory inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses.
  • Coordinate responses to inquiries from data protection authorities and government agencies.
  • Drive execution of priority workstreams and process improvements within the Inquiry Program.
  • Identify process gaps and collaborate on improving inquiry workflows.
  • Synthesize inquiry data into structured reporting for leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of experience in regulatory affairs or privacy compliance.
  • Strong understanding of privacy frameworks like GDPR.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English; bilingual fluency in Mandarin is necessary.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
