This internship is based in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholders' integrity issues.
  • Act as the primary contact for North America business teams on integrity-related issues.
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in existing programs.
  • Formulate a roadmap for integrity service management.
  • Translate integrity problems into tangible improvement projects.
  • Engage in organizational improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Training to create training supports.
  • Align regional priorities with global-level priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Data-driven with experience in program or project management.
  • Ability to drive projects to completion autonomously.
  • Innovative and process-oriented.
  • Preferred: Experience communicating results to senior stakeholders.

Internship duration is a minimum of 3 months, with preference for those able to commit to 6 months or longer.
