Program Manager (Oncall Escalation), Trust & Safety

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

- Define and own the end-to-end on-call strategy, including standardized SOPs and decision frameworks.

- Design a unified on-call ecosystem for seamless coordination across regions.

- Establish a structured risk management framework to identify systemic gaps.

- Drive continuous improvement through data insights and automation.

- Lead cross-functional alignment and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in Trust & Safety, Incident Management, or Program Management.
• Experience in building escalation management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage cross-functional and global stakeholders.
