Program Manager - Monetization Ads Product and Tech

We are looking for a highly-motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the TikTok Monetization PMO team to help us empower creators, connect people, and help businesses by building the next-generation monetization platform together.

As a TPM for TikTok Monetization team, you will work closely with XFN teams to solve problems. You will assist in strategic planning and ensure team's disciplined execution. You will discover improvement opportunities and design/implement solutions. You will create processes and best practices that improves team transparency, consistency, velocity and quality. You will take on complex and multi-disciplinary projects to enhance the business.
