Program Manager, Brazil - Trust and Safety

This role is based in Washington D.C. and involves managing Trust and Safety risks for TikTok in Brazil.

Compensation:

$97920 - $198360 annually

Responsibilities:

• Produce internal reports on public perception and identified risks.
• Craft risk prevention processes and strategies for Brazil.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve safety-related issues.
• Initiate and drive projects to mitigate risks across various features.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Brazil's User Generated Content landscape.
• Proficiency in Portuguese required.
• Experience in program/project management within safety/risk control.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data.
