Program Manager (Bengali Speaking), Trust & Safety

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify risks in regional communities, collaborate cross-functionally to address potential risks, produce internal reports, craft risk prevention strategies, and work on initiatives to mitigate safety-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of User Generated Content (UGC) platforms and regional landscapes in APAC.
• High proficiency in Bengali.
• Experience in program/project management within safety/risk control environments.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data.
• 3+ years of experience with Trust and Safety and UGC platforms preferred.
