Responsibilities:

• Partner with various teams to define key metrics and SOPs for security incident response.
• Drive operational excellence by analyzing user feedback and data.
• Communicate risk and status to leadership effectively.
• Develop training tools for incident response programs.
• Manage operating budget and efficiency metrics.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in security and emergency response processes.
• Familiarity with business process management and requirement analysis.
• Deep understanding of account security and cybersecurity.
• Preferred experience in operations management at a large tech company.
