The TikTok Product Strategy – Social & Creation team works closely with product, operations, and other cross-functional teams to identify emerging product opportunities, evaluate industry trends, and support strategic decision-making across social and content creation products. We are looking for a highly motivated Product Strategy Analyst Intern with strong intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in consumer internet products, AI-powered innovation, and product strategy.

Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth research on emerging consumer products, AI-powered features, social platforms, and content creation tools. Perform competitive analysis and product teardowns, covering product positioning, target users, core use cases, growth mechanisms, and ecosystem development. Track industry trends, technological developments, and changes in user behavior, and translate fragmented information into structured strategic insights. Support strategic projects related to product positioning, market opportunities, user segmentation, growth, and new product exploration. Synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into clear, executive-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations.

Qualifications - Minimum Qualifications: Currently or previously pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline, with strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong interest in consumer internet products, AI-powered innovation, and product strategy. Proficiency in English, and fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is needed to manage stakeholders in China market. Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship experience in internet company strategy, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or a related field. Experience in competitive research, product analysis, market research, or other strategy-related projects. Strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely.
