Compensation:

$28.5- $47.5 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end campaign management for the Brand Innovation Creator product.
  • Contribute to agency and creator operations strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance data for insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on key issues.
  • Identify operational gaps and lead process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program or above.
  • Experience in creator strategy or product marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Able to commit to a full-time, 12-week internship.
