Product Manager Project Intern (GMPT Sales and Operations Management Platform) - 2026 Start (BS/ MS)

This role is based in San Jose, California.

Compensation:

$35- $55 per hour

Responsibilities:

- Assist in overall planning and product design of the customer incentive platform.

- Collaborate with strategy teams to design and optimize short-term promotions and rebates.

- Help implement systematic improvements for incentive policies.

- Ensure accuracy in rebate and reward distribution.

- Collaborate with data, finance, risk, and compliance teams.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or higher.
• Strong interest in B2B or B2C customer incentive systems.
• Familiarity with TikTok as a platform.
• Analytical thinker with proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
