Compensation:
$149040 - $311600 annually
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategy for TikTok Creator & Ecosystem.
- Work on Creator Marketing and Monetization products, prioritizing product goals.
- Drive execution with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Educate stakeholders on TikTok's ads creative and creator ecosystem strategy.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in advertising.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
