Develop and execute product strategy for TikTok Creator & Ecosystem, manage product roadmaps, and drive adoption and retention from both advertisers and creators. Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and other cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

3+ years of product management experience, preferably in advertising
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficient in English and Mandarin
