Product Designer (Effects Tools) - TikTok Design (San Jose)

This role is based in San Jose.

Compensation:

$79040 - $165600 annually

Responsibilities:

• Design effects and creative asset authoring tools for global designers and creators.
• Define interaction frameworks and usability standards for complex creation tools.
• Explore emerging technologies to develop innovative solutions.
• Lead end-to-end design for key projects with strong UI and visual execution.
• Engage with product context, identifying opportunities through data analysis and user research.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience designing PC/Web-based tools or complex systems.
• Strong end-to-end product design capability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with mobile creation tools is a plus.
