PGC Creator Experience & Product Operations Project Intern (TikTok-PGC) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

This internship is based in San Jose, California.

Compensation:

$25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Support initiatives to reduce false positives in content moderation and improve creator monetization.
• Analyze product/operational data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategy implementation.
• Manage project workflows including requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Strong data analysis skills (SQL required).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and video content ecosystems.
• Available to work 4-5 days per week for a minimum of 4 months.
