Operations Project Intern (TikTok LIVE-AMS) - 2026 Start (MBA)

This internship is based in Los Angeles and requires a commitment of at least 3 months.

Compensation:

$23.75/hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding and document verification processes for new agency partners.
• Manage lead tracking and maintain databases throughout the agency development funnel.
• Coordinate communication with potential new agency leads.
• Support the execution of TikTok LIVE's agency growth strategy.
• Help manage day-to-day operational tasks with agency points of contact.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an MBA.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in the creator economy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive learner with a passion for digital platforms.
