NA Regional & Product Policy - Project Intern (Global Monetization Product and Technology) - 2027 Start

The Business Integrity team builds safe, trusted connections between TikTok users, businesses, and products. We review ads, predict policy violations, and decide what gets approved or rejected, through a set of systems built for that scale. As the business partner to the TikTok monetization team, our solutions aim to keep TikTok a safe, positive, welcoming environment while supporting business growth. You will work on the systems and policies that determine which ads reach people on TikTok. The Global Business Integrity team ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for TikTok users while viewing ads. Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to create ad policies that support responsible monetization, the NA Regional Policy & Product team is critical in ensuring a joyful and creative ads experience while safeguarding the TikTok community. This position will help create TikTok's advertising policies for the NA region, in addition to supporting our partner teams on incoming policy queries. Our ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, able to navigate ambiguity, deliver against multiple objectives and workstreams simultaneously.
