Moderation Strategy Operations Program Manager - TikTok Shop

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to enhance moderation quality and policy effectiveness. Lead efforts to ensure high-quality moderation delivery by working with BPO partners and conducting risk inspections. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align moderation strategies with platform features and policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, online safety, quality analysis, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
