Responsibilities:

- Participate in business performance tracking via developing and maintaining reports and dashboards.

- Assist in the development of business project strategy by conducting analysis to identify root causes for certain issues, then providing solutions or recommendations to the operation team.

- Opportunities to learn groundwork and execute category/platform campaigns.

- Act as coordinator to run cross-functional projects/initiatives with a cross-function team.

Qualifications:

- Actively enrolled university student.

- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, eager to learn, hard-working & proactive attitude.

- Open-minded attitude, efficient and enjoying a fast-paced environment.

- Preferred: Proven experience in problem-solving and time management, comfortable working with data, fluency in Japanese and English.
