Responsibilities:
- Drive Book of Business (BoB) penetration programs for managed agencies.
- Plan and deliver TikTok-owned agency events.
- Scale matchmaking and co-growth programs.
- Collaborate with regional teams and Sales to adapt strategies.
- Define success metrics and measure marketing impact.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in digital media.
- Proven experience developing marketing programs that drive growth.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience using data to guide decision-making.
