Machine Learning Engineering Manager - TikTok BRIC Live Integrity

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical direction and strategy for the team, focusing on community health and user safety. Develop, deploy, and maintain sophisticated machine learning models to detect and mitigate risks such as fake accounts. Architect and build robust systems for real-time risk detection. Manage day-to-day operations of the machine learning engineering team and mentor engineers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing a Machine Learning Engineering team.
• Strong foundation in machine learning theory and practice.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or risk control.
• Hands-on experience building detection systems for fake accounts.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks.
