Logistics Service Excellence Program Manager - TikTok Shop

Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between product teams and customer service, conduct reports on service issues, establish standard processes, and lead experience projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years in e-commerce logistics or customer service operations
• Experience in continuous improvement and data analysis
• Strong communication and coordination skills
