This role is based in London.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt user-facing assets (how-to guides, email campaigns, site banners, slide decks).
- Conduct interviews, design surveys, and synthesize insights to identify seller pain points.
- Prepare internal playbooks, support campaign launches, and track key performance metrics.
- Engage small- to medium-sized sellers through scalable channels (e.g., webinars, calls).
- Gather and analyze seller feedback and share insights with product and operations teams.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree and available for a minimum of 12 weeks.
- Strong bias for action with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in managing internal and external communications.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics.
- Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or eCommerce operations is preferred.
