LLM Post-training Engineer Intern (Research & Product) - 2026 Summer (BS/MS)

Compensation:

$45/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and optimization of post-training strategies.
  • Assist in building evaluation pipelines for model performance.
  • Participate in research and implementation of methodologies in reward modeling.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on AI applications.
  • Analyze large-scale datasets to improve model behavior.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks.
  • Foundational understanding of Transformer architectures and LLM training principles.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
