Listing Governance Product Compliance Project Intern (TikTok Shop - Operations) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

This internship is based in Seattle and requires a commitment of at least 3 months.

Compensation:

$23.75/hour

Responsibilities:

• Support product risk assessments for new categories and features.
• Conduct controls benchmarking and research for product safety.
• Help draft and maintain policies for compliance programs.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools like Excel or SQL.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
