This role is based in San Jose, California.

Compensation:

$179200 - $374400 annually

Responsibilities:

The TikTok Data Science team conducts data science and analytics work across various key value chains. Responsibilities include analyzing user behavior, product features, and content ecosystems to generate actionable business insights.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with large and complex data to solve technical and statistical challenges.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Review and optimize data pipelines and support business iterations.
  • Explore analytical methodologies to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of data analysis experience, proficient in SQL, Python, or R.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in building a business or product from 0 to 1 is preferred.
