Immigration Operations Data Analyst, AMS

This role is based in San Jose, California.

Compensation:

$72,200 - $164,000 annually

Responsibilities:

Act as a resource for the employee mobility services team, follow SOPs for daily tasks, analyze large-scale datasets, develop trend analysis, and assist with data audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• 3+ years of HR coordination/specialist experience
• Experience with data management tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
• Proven analytical skills for large datasets
