Human Resources Project Intern (TAC Early Career) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for interns and graduate roles across the EMEA region.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring timelines with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Assist with screening applications and tracking candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline.
  • Help deliver a positive candidate experience, responding to queries and providing timely updates.
  • Drive team culture and engagement initiatives for the Early Careers community.
  • Support strategic Early Careers projects such as process improvements and programme enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an interest in Human Resources.
  • Available for an internship from May to October, full-time during summer months.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
