Responsibilities:

• Respond to People-related queries and support documentation/presentations.
• Drive culture-related projects to enhance team engagement.
• Contribute to HR projects including analytics and process improvements.
• Identify HR initiatives to improve collaboration and employee experience.
• Assist in day-to-day management of HR administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an interest in Human Resources.
• Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
• Available to start immediately.
