HR Business Partner, Project Intern (TikTok LIVE) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

This role is based in London.

Responsibilities:

• Support assigned business unit(s) by understanding business goals and implementing effective HR practices.
• Participate in HR special projects, including leadership development and onboarding programs.
• Assist in organizing and executing HR activities, ensuring effective implementation and evaluation.
• Support HR-related information management and data analysis tasks.
• Help promote TikTok's organizational culture through planning cultural activities.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or higher program, preferably in Human Resources Management, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields.
• Available for an internship of 3 months or more, working 5 days per week.
• Enthusiasm for HR-related work with a desire to grow in HR practice.
