$108,000 - $220,400 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for TikTok One’s creator marketplace & creator solutions globally.
  • Define, design and package creator solutions that help brands engage creators more effectively.
  • Engage deeply with creators to understand their workflows and needs.
  • Manage marketplace dynamics including creator discovery and campaign management.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships to ensure solutions are aligned and scalable.
  • Develop tools and best practices for creators and brands.
  • Oversee measurement of success and track KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in product marketing or creator ecosystems.
  • Proven track record packaging creator solutions.
  • Strong understanding of creator economy dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven with strong stakeholder management skills.
