Responsibilities:
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for TikTok One’s creator marketplace & creator solutions globally.
- Define, design and package creator solutions that help brands engage creators more effectively.
- Engage deeply with creators to understand their workflows and needs.
- Manage marketplace dynamics including creator discovery and campaign management.
- Build cross-functional partnerships to ensure solutions are aligned and scalable.
- Develop tools and best practices for creators and brands.
- Oversee measurement of success and track KPIs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in product marketing or creator ecosystems.
- Proven track record packaging creator solutions.
- Strong understanding of creator economy dynamics.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven with strong stakeholder management skills.
