Global Agency Acquisition Project Intern (Scaled Growth) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

This role is based in San Jose, California.

Compensation:

$30/hour

Responsibilities:

• Support BD team to identify and follow up on key blockers in the agency's onboarding process.
• Summarize and categorize key challenges and collaborate with XFN partners to build solution SOP.
• Provide weekly issue tracker and share insights on business/product challenges.
• Work with XFN partners to develop scalable product solutions.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to work for 6 months, onsite 5 days a week.
