External Affairs Project Intern (TikTok Shop - Operation Center) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

This internship is based in Seattle and requires a commitment of at least 3 months.

Compensation:

$23.75/hour

Responsibilities:

• Identify and report on emerging trends within the EA team and TikTok Shop.
• Review off-platform signals to assess risks and triage appropriately.
• Build case documents to identify risk signals and impacts.
• Provide thorough handover to ensure continuity of cases.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
