Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery of best-in-class experiential programs and events.
- Serve as an ambassador for TikTok advertising products.
- Support the wider team on tentpole activations.
- Act as an event-production expert and consultant.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Drive commercial impact through objective-led ideation.
- Deliver event measurement solutions and clear impact reporting.
- Manage event budgets and maximize event ROI.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in event production.
- Ability to travel across European markets.
- Excellent understanding of TikTok.
- Preferred: Experience with European or Global industry events.
- Agile with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience in advertising or B2B marketing.
