Engineering Manager - USDS

This role is based in San Jose, California.

Compensation:

$208800 - $438000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing engineering team
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and execute the roadmap
• Oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable systems
• Drive a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in at least two of: Linux, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Storm
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
