Engineering Manager, Global E-Commerce

This role is based in San Jose.

Compensation:

$244800 - $450000 annually

Responsibilities:

Own the development of core e-commerce experiences, build scalable backend systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead a team of engineers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
• 3+ years of management or tech lead experience
• 5+ years of experience building large-scale production systems
• Experience in either backend or frontend engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading a full-stack team
• E-commerce industry background preferred
