Emerging Creator Operations Manager Project Intern (TikTok Live) - 2025 Start (BS/MS)

This internship is based in Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Strategy team to mobilize emerging creators in Spain to meet revenue and growth targets.

- Implement strategies for different creator layers and monitor overall revenue growth.

- Coordinate video ad creation and deploy in-app notifications to increase engagement.

- Manage the Emerging Creators Community and launch campaigns with rewards.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Strategy/Growth/Education/Creator Management.
• Strong project management and organization skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
