EMEA Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Third-Party Associate)

This role is based in London, working as a Third-Party Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing for multiple complex searches to identify and engage key technical talents.
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Conduct complex data analysis and provide market intelligence to support business growth.
• Take ownership of the interview scheduling process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of international sourcing experience in internet companies.
• Proven experience with research/sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organisational skills.
