Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection and submission of payroll data.
- Process vendor invoices for EMEA countries and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Monitor and respond to employee queries via Lark and email.
- Create and maintain documentation related to payroll processing.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Accounting Graduate/Diploma.
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Knowledge of Labor Law & Regulations in the EMEA region preferred.
- 0-2 years experience in HR, proficiency in ERP tools like ADP, Sage.
