Creator Team Project Intern (TikTok Shop), 2025 Start (BS/MS)

This internship is based in London and requires a commitment of at least 3 months.

Responsibilities:

• Support creator operations using internal platforms, including outreach and incentive configuration.
• Identify Affiliate Program strategies to drive creator/content supply and GMV growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve creator experiences, including campaigns and product launches.
• Deliver performance reports and insights on creator commerce content.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor/Master's degree, eligible to work in the UK.
• Available to start in June for 3-6 months.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English.
