Creator Program Manager, Emerging Verticals - TikTok Operations (Los Angeles)

This position is based in Los Angeles.

Compensation:

$103,360 - $209,380 annually

Responsibilities:

• Own creator programs end-to-end from strategy and planning through execution and measurement.
• Partner closely with Product to streamline program operations.
• Analyze program data to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Provide regular reporting on program performance to stakeholders.
• Build relationships across cross-functional teams including Product, Comms, Legal, and Design.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in program management, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in the creator economy and working with creators.
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication skills.
• High ownership mentality.
