Creator Operations Project Intern (TikTok) - 2026 Start (BS/MS）

This internship is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Compensation:

5458 PLN/month

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and onboarding creators and agencies.
• Support planning and optimization of creator growth frameworks.
• Streamline operational processes and manage daily tasks.
• Analyze creator performance trends and develop insights.
• Help build presentations and handle queries.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive with problem-solving skills.
• Interest in the E-commerce landscape in Poland.
• Familiarity with social media trends and short-form video content.
