Join our TikTok Shop Partnership Operations team as we shape the future of social commerce. The TikTok Shop Partnership Ops team is in charge of managing TikTok Shop Partners - agencies who service merchants on TikTok Shop - and responsible for partners' performance.

Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities include expanding the TSP ecosystem, working cross-functionally with stakeholders, and performing data analysis to support seller success on TikTok Shop.

Minimum qualifications include pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Data, with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
