Business Operations Project Intern, Content Operations (TikTok-Operations-Operations Efficiency) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

This internship is based in New York and offers hands-on experience in content operations.

Compensation:

$25/hour

Responsibilities:

• Build and drive the Content Operations team's centralized infrastructure.
• Ideate and develop the future roadmap for business enablement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build key operational infrastructure.
• Review and learn about the operations of the PGC, Ops, and XFN organizations.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
